Gail Jensen, who was married to the late Hollywood star for 10 years, said he had a special penchant for bondage. She told a US newspaper: "David was pretty strange. Her comments come after the Kill Bill star's fourth wife, Marina Anderson, said she feared his kinky sex habits would leave him dead. Thai police now say the actor's death was not a suicide, and that he may have inadvertently died while pleasuring himself in an act of autoerotic asphyxiation.
